Some miles at the gym

3.1 in 36:20. Felt really great considering I ran 6 yesterday. Signed up for dailymile.com today looks like a really nice site.

Six miler in the basement

Woke up with a doosy of a headache and fought it off all morning with alieve. Finally got it to a dull roar and got my six miles in. It was pretty icy and windchill of zero outside so opted for Batman Begins and the treadmill.

Starting over

I deleted runnergeek.blogspot.com awhile ago and sort of wish I hadn't. It's impossible to reactivate it though on blogger so I figured I'd setup http://vkoser.blogspot.com and just post running and other personal information here.

I've been running a lot more lately now that my knee is back in shape so I'm glad to be getting my mileage back up to 10+ for weekend runs. I had a nice 10 mile run today and the weather was great. It was about 55F when I started and about 70 when I finished my run.
